Hi, I’m Aga Zymon, MA.

I help women come back to their own inner wisdom and strength, by clearing what is no longer useful, so they can enjoy their lives and their children more fully.

The professional side

I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling.
I’m a Registered Rapid Resolution Therapy® facilitator.
I’m an mBIT Certified Coach.
And I’m a mom and a human being who has walked through overwhelm, doubt, and emotional burnout myself.

My story

I read the books, studied the theories, knew about development, parenting, trauma. I had the degrees, the tools, the language.

And still, I would lose my patience with my child.
I would snap, shut down, or go numb, then spend hours feeling guilty and questioning myself.

Inside, I carried:

  • Old anxiety and fear.

  • Unprocessed grief, hurt, trauma.

  • A quiet, ongoing sense that I “should be doing better.”

Parenting started to feel like I was always on alert for the next meltdown, the next conflict, the next moment I would later replay in my mind.

Things began to shift when I turned toward my own inner work.
With the help of RRT®, I cleared trauma, old pain, guilt, and emotional loops that had been quietly running in the background for years.

I see our children as powerful mirrors, reflecting back to us what in us is still asking to be healed, cleared, or updated. Some of it comes from our own lived experiences, and some of it has been passed down through generations.

When that started to release, there was more space for clarity, calm, and genuine connection with myself and with my child. With time:

  • My reactions softened without me pushing or pretending.

  • I could stay present in moments that used to send me over the edge.

  • There was more ease, more laughter, and more “me” in my parenting and in my life.

This is what I want for you too.

What it feels like to work with me

Clients often describe sessions as:

  • Gentle but powerful.

  • Lighter than they expected, even when we touch on big feelings.

  • Clarifying, grounding, and sometimes even surprisingly fun.

You do not have to re-live painful memories for this work to be effective.
We honor your story, but we do not stay stuck in it.
We focus on what helps you feel better now and creates lasting change in how you move through life and parenting.

What I believe about you

You are already whole, even if you do not feel that way right now.
Your reactions make sense, given what you have lived through.
Change can be kind, precise, and quicker than you may expect.
You deserve support that feels safe, clear, and truly caring.

How I support you

I bring together my background in counseling with subconscious work and intuitive, body-aware tools.

In our work, we:

  • Gently update the patterns that keep you in fight, flight, or freeze.

  • Clear emotional triggers, so your mind and body do not react as if you are in danger now.

  • Support your nervous system to feel safer, steadier, and more resourced.

  • Make space for your own inner wisdom to come back online.

You will not be told what kind of parent you “should” be.
You already have wisdom inside you.
My role is to help clear what’s been blocking you, so you can feel your own strength, clarity, and kindness toward yourself again.

If something in you feels a “yes,” even a quiet one, I would be honored to meet you. Let’s connect

You can:

We will take it one gentle, clear step at a time.
